Today we received a call from a client in West Memphis, Arkansas, 72301, right across the I-40 bridge from Downtown Memphis, TN. They were having serious trouble with their commercial front door handle. Over time, the exterior door’s alignment had shifted due to wear and tear, especially with heavy trim surrounding the hinges. Fixing a sagging door takes time and precision, but we were able to realign the door and complete the full installation of the new locksets. After everything was installed, the door not only latched securely, but it also opened and closed smoothly.

The client was thrilled with the results, and they loved how the new antique brass exterior door locks complemented the building’s aesthetic. They also appreciated the extra durability that comes with the double lock on the door and the improved alignment of the hinges.
