One of the most interesting projects we completed recently was for a client in East Memphis, TN, 38111. While on-site, we also took care of rekeying the Medeco lock that was installed on the rim exit device. This high-security Medeco lock, paired with a rekeyed rim cylinder, ensured that the building was fully secure.

As we were wrapping up, one of the security guards noticed that another door wasn’t functioning correctly. The deadlatch was catching on the door trim and jamb, preventing the door from opening smoothly. We jumped in to fix this as well, adjusting the strike plate and aligning the door for smooth operation.

The client was extremely satisfied, not only with how we solved their emergency quickly but also how we went the extra mile to address their other door hardware issues. We took several before-and-after photos, as well as video footage showing the process, from the initial installation to the rekeying and alignment fixes.
